For example, chapter one begins with telling you how you can grow taller by eating certain nutritions. This chapter tells you the kind of balance you need in your foods to help with the growing process. Now it’s pretty easy to follow these instructions and most of the foods or vitamins your body needs for growing taller is pretty easy to get and don’t cost much. It covers pretty much all you need to know about vitamins, minerals, fats, carbohydrates, water and what your body needs to grow taller so that you realize the importance of this issue to your growing taller steps.

The exercises are very well explained (pictures included for those require visual guidance, like me) and has basic techniques and advanced stretch out of your world methods.
Okay now that we’re done discussing what Grow Taller 4 Idiots has included (there’s more but i thought that the important ones were already discussed), let’s get into what happened from my personal experience.
So i’ve bought the ebook, applied everything (not really but most of it) and hoped for results. Now the thing about Grow Taller 4 Idiots, is that it’s not for the lazy and you must be dedicated as i found out. But hey, i was dedicated to increase my height as i hated feeling short (5′8) and being teased about it.
After constant exercising, eating, sleeping and sports (this system got me a healthier lifestyle by the way), i was astonised to see i grew about 2 inches more after a month or so and i was wrong at being sceptical about the product in the first place. My height now stands at 5′10 and i’ll keep on following the guidelines, though i doubt i’ll grow any taller than i am now but you’ll never know.
To conclude my unofficial review of Grow Taller 5 Idiots, i highly recommend this system for those looking to grow taller and gain more social confidence. Though there might be other guides out there that work, i did not try them personally and i only recommend Grow Taller For Idiots as the only system that works.
